Every visit is recorded with date, services, professional, price, payment method and status, including no-shows and cancellations.
What each client is worth
The file shows the total spent, adding services and products, the number of visits and when the person became a client.
Notes for the whole team
Record preferences, allergies or the formula from the last colouring. Whoever serves them next reads the same notes.

How it works
The file creates itself
When someone books for the first time, online or at the counter, ORAS creates the file with their name and contact details. When they book again, they are recognised.
We bring your clients over
At setup, our team migrates the client list you already have. It is included at no extra cost.
Add notes
After the appointment, write in the file what is worth remembering at the next visit.
Several locations, one file
If you have more than one location, clients are shared: the same person has a single file, whichever location they book at.

Can I bring over the clients from the system I use today?
Yes. We do the migration during setup, from an export of your current system or from a spreadsheet. It is included in the price.
Can professionals see each other’s notes?
Yes. The notes are in the client’s file, so whoever is serving has the same context. The amounts each client has spent are reserved for the owner and manager.
Where is the data kept?
In data centres in the European Union (Dublin), processed in line with the GDPR. The data processing agreement is available in the account settings.
