The day view and the week view show each booking’s time and whether it is already paid. Anyone who walks in without a booking is recorded as a walk-in, and the client gets an email reminder before the booking time.

The client books on your page 24 hours a day, and reschedules or cancels with the button in the emails, up to the deadline you set. Put the link in your Instagram bio or on your website, and the bookings go into the calendar.

Every completed visit adds a stamp, or returns a percentage as cashback, and the card updates in the client’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When the card is complete, the reward appears, ready to validate.

Stock that deducts itself
Each counter sale lowers the stock, and when a product reaches zero it becomes inactive until you restock it. The product list flags those at or below minimum stock, and each restock adds to stock and is recorded as an expense.

Record rent, electricity and the rest as fixed or variable expenses, and the recurring ones appear on their own in the following months. Stock restocks already go in as an expense, and in Analytics you see the revenue, expenses and profit for the period.

Can I choose between stamps and cashback?
Yes. In settings you choose stamps or cashback, the reward or the percentage, and the terms that appear on the card. With stamps you set how many earn the reward; with cashback, each visit returns a percentage as a balance at your shop.
Do clients need to install an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. It can also be opened on a web page.
Which expenses can I record?
Rent, water, electricity, internet, products, salaries, marketing, maintenance and other, fixed or variable. There are no subcategories: use the name and the notes for detail.
Does ORAS warn me when stock is low?
In the product list, yes: those at or below minimum stock are flagged. It does not send email alerts.
