Hair salon

Management software for hair salons.

Cuts, colour and treatments go into the calendar, each with its own duration, and every professional has their own column. It works on the desktop, on iPhone and on Android, and ORAS takes no commission per booking.

Every chair with its own time, every client with their own formula.

  • Calendar

Every professional with their own column

The day view shows one column per professional, and a long colouring takes up the column of whoever does it for the whole time the service lasts. If something has to change, drag the booking to another time or to another colleague and confirm; the client gets an email to let them know.

Each service only shows who does it

Each professional has the services they do, and on the booking page each service only shows who does it. If the client combines a cut and a colouring with different professionals, ORAS splits the booking and shows only times that are really free.

  • Clients

The last colouring formula, to hand

In the client’s file, write the formula of the last colouring, preferences or allergies, and whoever serves them next reads the same notes. The file also keeps the visit history, with the services and the professional for each one.

  • Products in ORAS with each one’s stock

    Products and stock

    Products sold, stock deducted

Record the sale of shampoos and hair masks during the booking and link it to the client: it goes in their file and adds to their total spent. Each sale lowers the stock, and the restock goes into expenses with the quantity and cost.

    Everyone’s schedules, services and commissions

Everyone signs in with their own login and has their own schedule, days off and services. Set each professional’s commission percentage and see, on their page, the month’s commissions booking by booking, pending or paid.

Frequently asked questions with straight answers.

Can clients choose the professional?

Yes. On the booking page the client chooses the service, the professional and a free slot, and each service only shows who does it. If you want, you can stop the client changing professional when rescheduling.

Can I ask for a deposit only on colourings?

Yes, payment is set service by service. For the colouring you can ask for a deposit, full payment in advance or a card on hold for a cancellation fee, and leave the cut with no payment in advance.

Can my team see the salon’s takings?

No. Analytics, payments, expenses and settings are reserved for the owner and manager. The front desk manages the calendar, clients and stamps, without seeing amounts or settings.

Can I bring my client list?

Yes. Our team does the migration during setup, from an export of your current system or from a spreadsheet. It is included in the price.
